Its been awhile since I last post and a lot has happened. My apps have been rejected multiple times. Many having to do with previously unseen glitches. So after a little tinkering and polishing the apps were final released to the IOS app store. Now we wait for our old app's update to be released as we work on a new app Triple Double Trouble.

Updates

Extreme Flappy's update has been sent out for review and now all thats left to do is wait.

Flappy Defense: Battle of the Birds is being fixed. There were a few glitches found during the review process so theres still a little bit left to do there before we can release it.

A new game is on its way. Unsure of what to call it but I will figure it out soon.

Improved Extreme Flappy

I have just finished adding all the new features to my Extreme Flappy app. The IOS update will not be released until later on in the future. (With the computer version there is a glitch that happens with the changing of the characters. this is a computer only glitch.)


This update includes choosable characters, new art, easier gameplay, and a HighScore feature.

Updates on updates

Flappy Defense: Battle of the Birds is still waiting for review so it might be a little while before that gets published yet. It will get there, eventually. I have been using this down time to do a few fixes and art changes in my app Extreme Flappy. There will be a few screenshots below. Also, I have been gathering art for my next app. It will be simple, but addicting. I shall post more info on that in the near future.

About Me

So I guess I should have done this as my first post but better late than never. I am a 18 year old IOS App developer with the dream of creating apps full-time. My goal is to release Free apps that are user based. Right now I need a little more funding before I can switch my apps over to free($300 or 500 app sold). After I sell the required number of apps I will then use those funds to set up iADS. Yes, I know ads can be annoying but these will be in there to make your app free.

Now what makes me any different from other app creators? Being a avid app user (especially mass multiplayer) I, along with others, have thought of ways to make the gameplay cooler and more exciting. But since we are just gamers there is really nothing we could do. I want to make apps that anyone can put their two cents into. I always say in my blog and all my app descriptions "If you think of anyway to improve your gameplay leave a comment". Thanks to the rapid growing of technology I almost always have internet with me and am constantly checking the comments. So if you can think of ways to improve my games, don't hesitate to tell me about it. It will take some time (For the app submission process and all) but I will start working on updates ASAP.

Flappy Bird/Mario cross over

So what do ya'll think about a Flappy Bird/Mario cross over as our next game. Or should we start with a Bug Smasher game. Go ahead and pitch us you Gamesalad app ideas.

Extreme Flappy updates

I'm going to be adding a few new features to Extreme Flappy. Update will include the following.

Interchangeable characters: High score: New art: Easier Gameplay .

These updates should be done by the end of the week then it will be put up for review. So make sure to check the Apple app store every now and then.

Flappy Defense: Battle of the Birds

Only one more thing left my friends. Then all we have to do is wait for it to be uploaded to the app store. I have finished adding all the upgrades and also put in another way to earn coins. I changed the hardness of the game to how it would start when played for the first time. Since its easier i'm taking away your 2500 coins and only giving you 250. The app release will only start you with 50 so be glad you got this much. Hope you enjoy!

Almost near the end.

Thats right, I'm are almost ready to submit the app binary for review. Just a few more changes and some polishing and it will be Done. I added in two more upgrades for the special weapon and fixed the rest of the glitches(I hope). Go ahead and check it out at this link. Flappy Defense:Battle of the Birds. Yes it has been renamed. Day two

Here is our most recent Test Beta Flappy Defense Beta 1.4. We have added 500 more coins so you can try out our new perk FireBall. The was a glitch found after publishing the game to gamesalad but we will fix it shortly. Here is some pics of where this screen shot is located.

125 Downloads!

Our new app Extreme Flappy has just reached over 125 downloads! If you haven't yet you can try it for yourself in the Apple app store. If you have the guts, go find out why its called Extreme. It is free so give it a try. Also keep an eye out for our upcoming game Flappy Defense. For more info on that app go to the Current Creations page.

The controls for this computer version are as follows:
Up Key=Up: Down Key=Down: Enter/Return=Reload: Spacebar=Fire: Shift=Change Weapon(If Weapon in unlocked). Again we are starting you out with 2000 coins so you can test the upgrades out.

Extreme Flappy

Here you go ladies and gents. We have published our First IOS app to the app store. As you can tell from the title its has be named Extreme Flappy. Wanna know why its called Extreme? Download it for yourself or try it on our GameSalad arcade. Just click this link here. Extreme Flappy GameSalad.
I bet you can't make it past the tenth pipe. In that case, make it the fifth. The art is a bit lacking but the gameplay is the same as all the other flappy bird parodies. Well almost, its just five times as hard. The game does not have a high score feature but we plan to add that in the near future. The app is currently free so get it while its hot.

Flappy Defense Day 1 Beta test

So I know I said I'd post pics but I got something better for you. Im going to give you the chance to view a Beta test on which you can play what we have completed so far. Not all upgrades have been added and there are still some glitches that need worked out but here you go. Flappy Defense Beta Test GameSalad. Check it out, do a little play testing, tell us of anyways to improve the gameplay. The computer Version does run a bit slow so it might take some time for actors to spawn in. Also we have yet to integrate the shotgun features completely. So they will not cause any damage to enemy characters as of now. We have started you off with 2000 coins(Which will be earned in the game) so you can test the upgradable features that we have already added. Since you have the coins the game has been set to start in a slightly harder mode. This will be change with the official release.

Flappy Defense project underway

Over the past two weeks we have constantly been working on our new app Flappy Defense. Now we are going to share its progress with you. This app will contain 8 weapons upgrades, 4 bird upgrades, as well as a secondary Killer weapon. Its an endless survival game that gets harder every time you play, so choose what you upgrade first wisely. We plan to submit our binary for review by the end of the week so over the next few days I will be posting updates with screenshots to keep you informed.

Gamesalad is a Free, No scripting required, way for developers (like you) to create IOS games. There is also a Pro version that allows you to create Android ones as well. If you just started and are looking for some help on cool ways to use it leave a comment in the Gamesalad Info page and we'll put up a post to help you out. If you want us to review your app and give you tips on how to improve its quality drop a comment in the Review page with a link to the Gamesalad version of your game. We'll hop on over there and do a little play testing. If we enjoy your game enough we will even write an article to help give it some attention. And if we really like it we will put a gameplay video on our youtube channel. Now thats what I call free advertisement.
